Here’s a quick breakdown: • Ease Into Exercise: No equipment required, just a sturdy chair • Strong & Steady: Bodyweight + optional dumbbells or bands • Strength for Pickleball: Dumbbells, resistance bands, and a chair • Resistance Band Program: Stackable bands with handles, door anchor, and ankle straps • Other Programs: Equipment needs are listed clearly in the program description
