At ACTT Fitness, our mission is to help adults 50 and over maintain—or even improve—their quality of life through personalized strength and balance training.

We believe that while aging is inevitable, losing the ability to do the things you love doesn’t have to be. Through thoughtful, one-on-one coaching, we empower our clients to move with confidence, build resilience, and continue enjoying life to the fullest—today, tomorrow, and for years to come.

Background

ACTT Fitness, which stands for Aging Confidently Thru Training, was founded with a simple but powerful purpose: to help adults 50 and over stay strong, active, and independent through personalized, in-home fitness coaching.

Tracy, founder of ACTT Fitness, is a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach with a specialization in Senior Fitness through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She also holds a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in geriatric populations, giving her a deep understanding of how to support the unique physical needs and goals of older adults.

ACTT Fitness was born from a passion for helping people age with confidence—not limitations. Every session is designed to meet clients where they are, helping them move better, feel stronger, and enjoy life more fully at every age.

Vision

Our vision at ACTT Fitness is to redefine what aging looks and feels like by creating a world where adults 50 and over feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies—at every stage of life.

We strive to become a trusted resource and advocate for healthy aging by delivering accessible, empowering fitness solutions that help people stay active, independent, and engaged in the lives they love.
