Ease into Exercise is a friendly, 6-week progressive program designed for people who feel unsure about working out, haven’t exercised in years, or simply want to start slow and steady.

There’s no pressure, no judgment — just 15 to 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week, to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in your body.

What to Except:
