Here’s a quick breakdown: Ease Into Exercise: No equipment required, just a sturdy chair Strong & Steady: Bodyweight + optional dumbbells or bands Strength for Pickleball: Dumbbells, resistance bands, and a chair Resistance Band Program: Stackable bands with handles, door anchor, and ankle straps Other Programs: Equipment needs are listed clearly in the program description
